INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

The art of Indian Head Massage has been developed and handed down from the Indian tradition. This beautiful, gentle and re-energizing therapy is performed through clothing in a seated position.
The massage starts with the shoulders, neck, and head ending with the face.
It can be done with or without oils.
Relieving the stress of: -

• a difficult days driving
• working at a computer
• caring for the family
• clearing a fuzzy head
• The massage lasts for approx 40 minutes.

REIKI

Reiki is a system of universal healing which allows the client to receive healing channelled to them through the therapist.

It promotes the body’s own natural healing processes and is beneficial to both physical and emotional well being.

You don’t need to be ill to receive Reiki, you just need to be open to receiving the wonderful universal energy which is all around us.

Sometimes this energy is felt as warmth or coolness or as a gentle tingling. Sometimes the individual feels nothing at all; this does not matter as the healing still takes place.

A session of Reiki normally lasts between 30 minutes and an hour depending on the person’s needs.

REIKI TRAINING

Learn the sacred art of Reiki. We all have an innate ability to heal ourselves, tuning into Reiki helps us to access this. Using simple exercises, attunements and self-healing practices we can all learn to improve our physical, spiritual and emotional well-being.

Training is taken in small groups in a relaxed and interactive setting.
Reiki is taught in three stages;

Reiki 1 – self healing
Reiki 2 – enhancing your Reiki and helping others
Reiki 3 or Master level - further personal progress with the ability to teach others Reiki.

Progress through the steps is at the students’ own pace with the possibility of one to one coaching if required.

Full notes and certification are provided on completion of training. Commitment to undertake self healing is required at all stages.
